Hot weather / Wet weather policy

We hate having to cancel Little Aths. If we do cancel we will send out an email late Saturday or very early Sunday morning in the hope that the weather improves.

Hot weather - If the forecast on the Saturday evening news is for 35 or over on Sunday, we will not run an event on Sunday

Wet weather - If it is raining on a Sunday morning, we will set up if we can hoping that the weather clears. We will cancel events if rain is persistant at 9:30am.
