Coaching Fees
Coaching Fees are separate to Registration Fees and are invoiced direct to each family by the Head Coach per school term (i.e. for 10 weeks).
Fees are to be paid by the stated due date direct to the Head Coach.
There is a 10% discount on coaching fees for two or more sibling swimmers.
Parents/Guardians please be aware that swimmers with any outstanding coaching fees will not be able to participate in squad training sessions until all outstanding fees are paid unless prior arrangements have been made with the Head Coach.
You should also be aware that swimmers will not be able to transfer to a new club either within the NT or interstate until any outstanding monies are paid to both the Coach and the Club. See Swimming NT Transfer Policy available on SNTI website.
Special Training
Special training arrangements may be put in place during school holidays. Parents and swimmers will be notified of the training and any relevant training fee arrangements at the beginning of each school holiday period.
To ensure each individual has a training schedule suitable for his or her specific needs, it is recommended that swimmers and their parents discuss their requirements with the Head Coach.
The Coach is available after each coaching session if there are any concerns.
Training Start Times
To assist the coach (and other swimmers) all swimmers must be on pool deck 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the training session to allow for active warm up/stretching.
Warm ups
All swimmers are required to stretch before each training session.
Participation
Children are encouraged to enter swim meets.
