How to Pay Registration Fees



HOW TO PAY REGISTRATION FEES

1. PAY ON-LINE (EXISTING MEMBERS)

To pay your Registration Fees to Nightcliff Swimming Club via Swimming NT's SWIM ON-LINE Database – just follow these simple steps for each existing member :

  1. Go to the Swimming NT website www.nt.swimming.org.au (home page).
  2. Click on ‘MEMBERS PORTAL' on right hand side
  3. Click on ‘EXISTING MEMBERS' on left hand side
  4. Enter your username and password (call Club Registrar if you do not know)
  5. Click on ‘REGISTRATION RENEWAL” at top of page
  6. Choose Registration type (i.e. 1 st swimmer, Next Swimmer, Adult Swimmer, Non Swimmer)
  7. Read and tick ‘REGISTRATION RENEWAL DECLARATION”
  8. Check and update personal details if they have changed from last season
  9. Enter Credit Card Details (note that the Nightcliff Swimming Club is paying the 6% credit card on-line administration fee on your behalf)
  10. Submit payment
  11. Print out receipt or note Receipt Number (a confirmation email will also be sent to you).

2. PAY ON-LINE (NEW MEMBERS)

If you are new to the Club or you wish to join other members of your family or friends who were not members last season, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Swimming NT website www.nt.swimming.org.au (home page).
  2. Click on ‘MEMBERS PORTAL” on right hand side
  3. Click on ‘NEW MEMBERS” on left hand side
  4. Select ‘NIGHTCLIFF SWIMMING CLUB” from the drop down menu
  5. Follow Steps 1.6 to 1.11 above. (As a brand new member, you will need to fill out all the forms with your details).

3. PAY FEES TO CLUB REGISTRAR DIRECT (BOTH EXISTING AND NEW MEMBERS)

If you do not wish to renew or join using the on-line option, then please follow these steps –

  1. Complete a Nightcliff Swimming Club Registration Form (please fill out one form for each swimmer and one form for parent) which is found at the back of this Handbook. This gives you the option to pay by cash, cheque or credit card.
  2. Enclose completed forms and Registration Fees (in full) in a sealed envelope and addressed to The Registrar, Nightcliff Swimming Club.
  3. Place sealed envelope in the Club's Mail Box located inside the door to the Club Room .
  4. Your registrations will be manually entered into the on-line database and a receipt issued.
    (Please note that your registration will not be processed manually by the Registrar unless all registration fees are enclosed or credit card details completed).

Registration fees must be paid IN FULL when submitting registration form . If not paid at this time, swimmers will not be allowed to participate in squad training and will not be eligible to swim at Club Night or Swimming Northern Territory Swim Meets

All outstanding coaching fees must be paid in full before Registrations will be accepted for the new season (see ‘Coaching Fees')

Please do not hand Registration Forms and Fees to the Coach, they must be placed in the mailbox within the Clubhouse for processing.

Registration fees for ‘1 st Swimmer an Next Swimmer' categories only are half price if joining after 1 February 2010. No further discounts are applicable after this date.
