Championship Events

National Championships are held each year on the weekend nearest to Anzac Day for the following:

• U13 Australian Teams Championships for teams of 22 athletes (usually 11 boys and 11 girls) from each affiliated Association.
• U15 Australian Multi-Event Championships for 4 athletes (2 boys and 2 girls) from each affiliated Association.

Associations host the Championships on behalf of Australian Little Athletics.

The following is a list of the host Associations in rotation order:

• 2010 - Queensland
• 2011 - New South Wales
• 2012 - Tasmania
• 2013 - Australian Capital Territory

The 2010 asics Australian Teams Championships for U13 athletes will be held on Saturday 24 April 2010 at the University of Queensland in Brisbane.

The 2010 asics Australian Multi-Event Championships for U15 athletes will be held on Saturday 24 April 2010 at University of Queensland in Brisbane.
