Handbook

The information in this handbook is accurate at the beginning of the season (1 August to 30 June), however changes may occur during the year.

Regular communication is available through email regarding up coming meets, workshops, etc.

Please supply your email address if you have one when completing the Registration Form as this saves the Club time and money for photocopying and is the quickest way of contacting club members.

Club Noticeboard

Copies of notices and newsletters are posted on the Club's Noticeboard (outside the Club Room).

Pigeon Hole

Each family has a pocket for newsletters, notices and Coaching Fee Invoices in the Club Room. Check your pocket regularly so you don't miss out on upcoming events.

Mailboxes

The club has three mail boxes:

  • An official Post Office Box
    • PO Box 1295
      NIGHTCLIFF NT 0814
       
  • Club House Mailbo Registraions:
    • located in the club room,
    • for the lodgement of Swimming entries, and
    • checked by the Registrar, President, Vice-President.
       
  • Club House Coaches mailbox
    • located in the club room,
    • for any correspondance/payments for the coaches, such as coaching fees, and
    • is checked by the Head Coach
