How to Register
Before using the system please take a moment to read the following notes carefully.
A. Re-registration of Families. Important! Make a copy of these instructions before proceeding! Make sure you have each family members login details first. If you have forgotten them you can obtain them here by clicking on the 'Username and Password' button. During the following instructions do not click on the 'Login' button on the left side menu! From the registration homepage click on the McDonalds Logo and then choose Family Registrations. Choose Sth Melbourne Districts and then choose the correct family registration option from the bottom of the list. This will take you to a page listing each of the members to re-register. (Ignore the 'New Registration' header at the top of this page). Click for the first child and after agreeing to the conditions (again ignoring the 'New Registration' header) you will be taken to a page where you can bypass the 'new registration' and login. Once you have updated the details for the first child you will be taken back to the list of members where you can continue to add your family members and login one at a time similar to the first child. Once you have added all family members you will be taken to the final screen where you can submit the registrations and pay online using the credit card facilities.
B. Single Registrations (a) Only use the new registration option if the athlete is new to our centre (b) Any Athlete who was registered last year will already have their details available on the system. To re-register for season 08 please do not use the new registration option on the website, instead select login and follow the prompts. Your username and password have been assigned and can be obtained from the registrar.
C. Family Registrations (a) These can be accessed from the new registration option (b) If the athlete was registered last year use the login to automatically enter then update your details. Your username and password can be obtained from the Registrar. (c) If additional new athletes are to be added to your existing registered family members their details will need to entered separately at this point.
Payments can be made be secure online credit card transaction. Once completed you will receive your registration pack including our new club polo shirt on the day.
