However, a neoprene cap can be worn underneath the swim cap that we provide.
Weather Forecast
The outlook is good at last for the weekend, with temperatures of around 22 degrees on Saturday and plenty of sunshine!
Car Parking
Please leave plenty of time to get here. Car parking will be at the side of the bike course. The only access will be via the MAIN access road. It could take you 15 or 20 minutes to walk from your car. Please keep off the bike course and do not cross any roped-off areas. Arrival and departure is allowed any time.

Their mission is to inspire young people to find and fulfil their potential in sport or in life through a workforce of elite sports performers. Uniquely, all of the charities’ activities are delivered by world class athletes, most of whom are Olympians, Paralympians, World and Commonwealth Champions. They work directly with young people as role models and mentors, encouraging them to find and believe in their own potential through a series of innovative projects. To support them with your next big challenge, please email kate.walker@dkhlegacytrust.org for a fundraising pack or visit www.dkhlegacytrust.org for more information.
