Water Temperature
The water temperature at Dorney Lake on Monday morning (10th May) was 12.3 degrees. If this remains below 14 degrees up to and including the weekend, then wetsuits will be compulsory for both Saturday’s and Sunday’s races. Please be sure to bring your wetsuit with you at the weekend. If you need to hire a wetsuit or if you need further advice on wetsuits, please contact our retail partner TriandRun here or phone 0208 500 4841.
Weather Forecast
The outlook for the week is for cool days and extremely cold nights, with temperatures expected to be around 13 degrees max on Saturday and 16 degrees max on Sunday. Whilst long range forecasts are never very reliable, the outlook is indicating that the water temperature is unlikely to rise significantly. Come prepared for any eventuality!
Mates Wave
The Mates Wave on each day of the Eton SuperSprints has proved extremely popular. So much so, that both these waves are now full. If you haven’t already contacted us, we cannot move anyone else into these waves. The full start list with your wave and start time will be uploaded to the website later in the week.
Race Information
Please be sure to read the full race information available on the website to understand how the event will work.

Sunday’s race information is HERE
Both events are now full and there will be no entries available on the day.

Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research
Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research is our Official Charity for this event. They are the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. 2010 is their 50th anniversary and they are looking to continue the great work that they have already started. If you haven’t already created a sponsorship page, but would like to support their charity, please contact Matt Lawley on 020 7685 5128 or email MLawley@llresearch.org.uk.
We look forward to seeing you at Dorney Lake this weekend.
