Race Your Pace

We’re just a few days away from the Lucozade Sport Race Your Pace Half Marathon, this Sunday 28 March...

DON’T FORGET!
The clocks go forward one hour this weekend so remember to set your alarm clocks or you’ll be missing the start!

To speed up this process, you can find your race number on the start list on the website here. Please bring some ID with you. We are unable to accept any late entries on the day.

We can confirm that we have the following pace groups:
Performers: 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8 and 8.5 min/mile
Improvers: 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5 and 12 min/mile

Weather
Whilst the clock change officially marks British summer time, unfortunately the current forecast is for rain, so make sure you come with the right clothing to keep you warm and dry pre and post race.

Seminars
There are still places available in the 20 minute post race seminars at 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm. Hosted by double Olympian Liz Yelling, these are a must if you are looking to get the most out of your preparation for a spring marathon. You can register and pay on the day at the Help Desk in our registration tent next to the Lucozade Sport pod. Cost is £5. Seminars will take place on the first floor of the boathouse.

Fundraising
Our official charity of the race, Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, would love your support at any level to help young people fulfil their potential in sport. The Trust supports young people to participate, stay in and excel in sport and helps disadvantaged young people to find and believe in their own talents.  If you would like to receive a fundraising pack or get involved please email james.robinson@dkhlegacytrust.org or visit: www.dkhlegacytrust.org for more information.
