RunKingston, Sunday October 11th 2009 - Update

Your RunKingston Race Information pack is being sent in the next couple of days. We apologise for the delay in sending, but we have been monitoring the situation with the Royal Mail's industrial action. We will be sending out race packs (with race number and timing chip) via TNT to ensure delivery before race day.

The race will close to new entries on Monday October 5th at 6pm, so if you have any friends that still want to run please let them know of the closing date.

We have a list of all entries on our website RunKingston page. Please check that we have the correct spelling of your name, club (if any) and most importantly the correct race distance. If your race distance or other details are not correct, please email jasmine@humanrace.co.uk.

***If you entered the 16 mile race, and would now like to drop down to the 8.2 mile race, please mark your race number with a large black cross to indicate to the officials that you have changed distance. Simply use a black marker pen and cross through the race number from corner to corner. Your timing chip will still work. You will also need to email jasmine@humanrace.co.uk, as the computer needs to be updated with your new distance. With the postal delays there is not enough time to send your number and chip back.***

Please read carefully!

If, after you have received your timing chip in the post, you decide to not race then the timing chip will need to be returned to Human Race to avoid a charge. Please follow the instructions given in the Race Information. Thank you.

We look forward to seeing you on the day.

Regards
