Open Water Swim Training - 17th May or 24th May (Sundays)
Do you feel comfortable with the bike and run but are dreading the swim? Rest assured, you're probably not the only one! We know that swimming in open water can be daunting so we have organised specific swim seminars with our swim partner Zoggs to cover how best to deal with the swim. Sessions last for 2 hrs ( including 45min theory and 45 min practical) - and you'll also get the chance to try open water swimming in a wetsuit provided by Blue Seventy.
